Drew English, Co-Founder and CEO of Charter, is a filmmaker-turned-entrepreneur driven by a passion for storytelling using craftsmanship, innovation, and technology. He is dedicated to empowering thousands of creatives by developing innovative educational resources, creating new work opportunities, and fostering collaborative communities—all with the vision of Forge making a lasting positive impact on the creative industry. Post-shoot, you can find him at the local Chili’s near Forge—a 5-star restaurant near and dear to his heart.

Connor Rowan, Co-Founder and President of Forge Virtual Studios, is a builder and challenger at heart, passionate about creating spaces where good people can do great work and enjoy the process. With a background in hospitality and operations, he leads with warmth, clarity, and the belief that connection fuels performance and excellence grows where people feel valued. He likes his coffee strong, his teams stronger, and the spark that hits when vision turns into something real.

Jason Knade, Creative Director, is a filmmaker and creative leader dedicated to keeping storytelling human in tech-driven productions. His desire is for Forge to be a creative think tank where the boldest ideas can find their home, powered by cutting-edge technology and a spirit of community and play. Always a creative ally, he brings expertise, his signature good energy, and a curiosity that occasionally gets him into trouble.

Angie Gaffney, Executive Producer, is a filmmaker and creative executive passionate about the intersection of business, leadership, and storytelling. She’s dedicated to developing bold, innovative ideas, and infusing every step of the process with a sense of professionalism, excellence, and inclusivity. She loves a strong cup of tea with cream in the morning, a perfectly formatted callsheet, and wrangling any and all creative chaos.

Matt Gandler, Marketing and Demand Coordinator, is a filmmaker and photographer turned content creator and marketer. With a passion for new technology and pushing the limits of what’s possible, he is dedicated to creating new and innovative ideas with Forge while positioning the studio as a leader and innovator within the virtual production space both regionally and nationally. He is eager to share exciting and fresh content from Forge to existing and prospective clients along with the greater VFX and film community as a whole.
